The staff was friendly and accommodating. the studio apartment had comfortable beds and new appliances. Good WiFi was available. Convenient amenities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerators were provided. the hotel's location in central Madeira was perfect.

Its location a couple of blocks away from an old town was great. Visiting restaurants and bars very close to the hotel was easy...

I thoroughly enjoyed 14 nights there. I had a real good experience here, everything was brand-new, the location was magnificent close enough to supermarket, urban and interurban bus stops, cable car, market, restaurants and a quiet neighbourhood, close to the city centre.

The rooms were beautifully maintained, staff was friendly and responsive, and we appreciated having a separate bedroom.

We had a fantastic 14 days here. the hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying the area, close to Funchal, the old town, and market. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was amazingly comfortable and included 24/7 hot water, a patio, and a big terrace. the venue had a central location close to Quinta da Boa Vista Orchid Gardens.

This place has a great central location near the old town and there's a café called Novo Encontro that's just a 5-minute walk away.

The studio apartment was exceptionally nice and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The location is unbeatable, adjacent to buses, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes.

Loved the spotlessly clean and tidy apartment, felt like a luxurious 5 hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the airport via the aerobus and close to the main market and a big supermarket. Having my own space was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to help with any problems we had.

The only downsides were the lack of direct sunlight on the terrace, which also let in rain, and the uncomfortable sofa. But considering the overall experience, these were very minor issues.

Great location, just 7 minutes walk from all the action. Market and supermarket close by. Lots of food options. Well-maintained rooms with 24x7 hot water, good wifi, and comfortable beds. Helpful hosts allowed early check-in and late check-out. Highly recommend!
